2020 Horse Camps
Horse Camp is one of our most popular programs at the Florida Agricultural Museum and is offered to children ages 8-16.
Your child will learn:
· Horse safety
· Equine behavior
· Identification of colors / breeds / body parts
· Tacking up
· Ground handling
· Basic riding skills.
Enrollment is limited in order ensure a quality experience. We encourage you to sign up as soon as possible.
Due to COVID-19 we are taking extra precautions to ensure social distancing, sanitizing, hand washing, and keeping personal items separate from each other. All of our activities are outside or in an open air barn. Horse and rider teams are limited to 2 riders for every one horse coupled with one counselor.
If for some reason a camper needs to cancel we can reschedule for a later date, offer gift certificates for future rides, or offer a full refund.
